All Consultations start with an online questionnaire and food record. Then we dive deeper in person or virtual with a comprehensive intake. We'll work together to assess patterns of imbalance and formulate a plan that incorporates tools like custom meal plans, botanical formulas, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations. My goal is to help you achieve a balanced, sustainable approach to wellness that works for you.
Follow Up
Follow-up appointments are scheduled according to your needs but typically weekly to monthly. This gives you time to implement changes and then we assess the progress, build upon goals, and define any new goals or troubleshoot obstacles.
